Vital Signs with Intakes and Outputs

This screen is designed to provide easy visualization of patient vital signs and intakes and outputs while filling out a structured note in Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager.

Structured Notes Entries

The tab panel at the bottom of the screen is designed to provide a clinician access to previous information entered in structured notes. This can assist in the creation of new notes.

This custom tab allows easy visualization of vitals and intakes and outputs for any patient.

Alerting

The Sunrise Alerts dialog can be customized by providing additional windows with contextual or other clinical decision support information. In this case the dialog to the right of the alerts dialog provides statistics about how often each allowed action has been chosen in response to the selected alert. This is useful for alert analysis and may be useful to a clinician viewing an alert.

The CALINX application, developed by Corman Technologies for CHCF (California HealthCare Foundation), provides a GUI for setting up automated conversion of lab messages from HL7 to flat files.
